Steve Gladis, Ph.D

An executive and team coach, as well as public speaker, Steve Gladis is an authority on the topic of leadership. As the CEO of Steve Gladis Leadership Partners—a leadership development company—he is the author of numerous articles and 25 books on leadership. He is a professor at George Mason University and a Senior Scholar at Mason’s Center for the Advancement of Well-Being. A former faculty member at  the University of Virginia, Dr. Gladis also served as an FBI special agent and he was a decorated U.S. Marine Corps officer. His company donates a significant portion of corporate profits back to the community.
